Printing varnish 1081

Printing varnish 1081 is a glossy oil printing varnish for varnishing non-absorbing printing substrates such as glassine, chromolux paper, acetate foil, pressure sensitive paper, etc.

Printing varnish 1081 is free of mineral oils and other volatile components. It dries only oxidative and forms a hart, temperature resistant ink film.

The fast oxidative drying of varnish 1081 can lead to light yellowing of the coating film.

Properties:

• Good gloss
• short drying time
• excellent rub resistance
• can be used wet in wet

Pile height and possible powder quantity depend on the amount of the coating as well as on the quality of the printing substrate.

Very good piling properties do not discharge the printer from his controlling obligation.
