Gloss Varnish 687
The main advantage of this varnishes consists in a special binding agent combining a larger number of technical advantages in one product.
Properties:
- excellent gloss
- short drying time
- extraordinary piling properties
- neutral colouring
- very good rub resistance
- unproblematic processing with or without water.
Pile height and possible powder quantity depend on the amount of the coating as well as on the quality of the printing substrate. Very good piling properties (no blocking with normal coating) do not discharge the printer from his controlling obligation.
A slight drying assistance by IR drying enables faster processing.
Especially the neutral colouring without yellow cast makes the varnish also suitable for thick coating on sensible colours such as shades of light grey or blue.
Printing varnish 687 N/N is the wet-on-wet formula of the high-gloss varnish 627 and avoids during inline varnishing the transmission of the previously printed colours. In all other aspects the high-gloss varnish 687 N/N corresponds to the high gloss varnish 627.
Processing without problems and blameless printing results are ensured also with higher ink quantities of the beforehand printed inks.
