Eco Mix©

Eco Mix© is a complete new Table-Top ink dispensing system for reproducing fast and easy your PMS and other spot colour systems established on the European market from 1.0 and/or 2.5 kg vacuum sealed tins. It is a very easy way for a printer to make his own special colours in just a few minutes with no waste and no mess. With the newly developed 2-way dispensing nozzle the printer has the opportunity to dispense exactly the quantity he needs. For high precision small doses (0.1 gram), a light press of the dosing-lever will release a fine spurt of ink. A firm press will make large doses possible in a short period of time. After making a new colour, the printer doesn’t have to reseal the lids of the base colours, the can is always sealed with a pressplate which prevents air and dirt getting into the ink. The Eco Mix© is very easy to use and cleaning takes only a few seconds after producing your special color. The carrousel has 14 positions for storage all of the 14 Pantone® base colours. The Eco Mix© is low cost in comparison with other systems. It is a simple to use manual device with no expensive software or electrical components which can cause malfunction. The Eco Mix© works only with compressed air, and can be positioned on a special designed workingtable (optional) with flexible plateau for the weighing scale. Electrical power is only needed for the scale. Also a small (noiseless) industrial compressor is available.
