Fountain solution for the Processing of UV inks
| Field of application: | Waterfit 1091 is a fountain solution especially for the processing of UV inks. It is also very suitable for conventional inks. Waterfit 1091 can also be used for non-contact and alcohol damping systems, ceramic and chrome rollers. It is suitable for all water qualities. |
| Admixture: | 4 % with isopropanol |
| Characteristics: | Besides the usual properties of a modern fountain solution such as good running clean, low water supply, prevention of bacterial infestation within the whole mixing system, additionally lime scale will be avoided by especially developed buffer agents. Furthermore this solution contains highly concentrated raw materials for the protection of the plates, which enable a machine stop of ca. 30 min. without having to gum up. |
