Fountain Solution for Offset Printing
| Field of application: | Sheet fed offset, alcohol damping system, all water qualities |
| Admixture: | 3−4 % with isopropanol 2−4 % without isopropanol |
| Characteristics: | Besides the usual qualities of a modern fountain solution additive, like good running clean features, low water supply and prevention of bacterial infestation within the complete mixing system, additionally lime scale will be avoided by especially developed buffer agents. Besides this the additive has a high concentration of plate and surface protecting substances. These substances allow a considerable reduction of IPA in sheet fed offset. With optimal conditions even IPA free printing on all machine types is possible. Prevents scumming on CtP plates and was especially developed for printing with high ink films and special inks. |
